Beyond commercial targets and corporate achievements, nurturing an environment where everyone can grow personally and professionally is essential to building more humane, inclusive and sustainable companies.
For that reason, on International Women's Day, our brands Productos Jumbo e Inman Design organized a meaningful experience for their female employees: a special yoga session. Designed as a mindful break from routine, it offered an opportunity to reconnect body and mind and recognize the contributions of the women who make up our community.
Through breathing exercises, stretching and relaxation, the session encouraged not only physical well-being but also emotional health and empathy.
“Knowing the company cares about our well-being beyond our daily work makes us feel seen, valued and motivated,” one participant shared after the session.
